 Vivamos a Plenitud (“Let’s Live to the Fullest”) is a mental health program developed by NIHHC for adults. It provides preventive tools and educational resources to promote emotional, social, and physical well-being and prevent substance misuse. Its accessible session address topics such as stigma, domestic violence, and generational trauma.
