COVID-19 Vaccinations & Testing
NIHHC is partnering with community and state organizations to hold inclusive, culturally sensitive health clinics to make the COVID-19 vaccinations and testing available to the community of Elkhart County.
Delivered nearly 2000 vaccinations since 2020
Connect students in vulnerable family environments to empower them and their family’s health
Identify areas in Indiana with high obesity rates and empower young students to be community leaders and advocates for health.
