NIHHC is uniquely positioned to provide preventative health care services and education to Hispanics in northern Indiana due to its intercultural expertise, leadership skills, shared stake in positive outcomes, and trusted community relationships and partnerships. NIHHC has built strong partnerships and established long-term relationships with local healthcare organizations, social service agencies, businesses, churches, and educational institutions. These partnerships have enabled NIHHC to successfully connect community members with services and retain a large volunteer base of over 300 Hispanic community members that responds to outreach needs.
