Former Board Members

Andy Spite served as a board member for NIHHC from 2012-2022 and was NIHHC Board President for two terms. He is currently President of Pinnacle Seating, Inc. and JFS Real Estate Holding, LLC., both in Elkhart, Indiana.

Juan Carlos Diaz Quezada served as a board member for NIHHC from 2016-2022 and was NIHHC Board Secretary for two terms. He is currently a Visual Arts Teacher at Goshen Middle School in Goshen, Indiana.

Saulo I. Delgado served as a board member for NIHHC from 2014-2017 and was NIHHC Board President for one term. He is currently a partner at the law firm Sanders Pianowski, LLP in Elkhart, Indiana.

The late Toshua Williams, who passed away in January 2024, served as a board member for NIHHC from 2015-2018 and was NIHHC Board Secretary for one term. She continued to serve as a mentor and advisor to the NIHHC from 2019-2024. Toshua’s unwavering commitment to the mission of NIHHC and her significant contributions have left an enduring impact on the organization. Her legacy continues to inspire and guide NIHHC and its endeavors. 

Adriana Garcia served as a board member for NIHHC from 2013-2016 and was NIHHC Board President for one term. She is currently a Human Resources Business Partner at Grand RV Design in Middlebury, Indiana.

Mariana Cortez served as a board member for NIHHC from 2016-2019. She is currently an English/Language Arts teacher at Pierre Moran Middle School in Elkhart, Indiana.

Lt. Katy Benedict served as a board member for NIHHC from 2021-2022. She is currently Co-Director and Co-Pastor of The Salvation Army in Grand Island, Nebraska.

Dara Marquez served as a board member for NIHHC from 2022-2024 and was NIHHC Vice President for one term. She is currently Director of Community Engagement at La Casa de Amistad in South Bend, Indiana, and co-owner of The Arena Michiana in Elkhart, Indiana.
